Can I share my excitement over my bacon burger with you?

I bought the Ninja Master Prep. Yeah I like infomercials. Anyway I blended turkey meat and bacon and made bacon burgers and I’m just happy that they turned out good. What kind of burger would you make with a food processor so I can experiment?

Any good food prep tables?

I am looking for a good food prep table to use in my pantry. We recently moved and I now have the luxury of having a rather large pantry. I am beginning to outfit my kitchen and pantry with high grade commercial restaurant products and would like stainless steel food prep table.

Size-wise I need about 36" wide and no more than 30" deep.

Appetizer menu for an open house?

I am hosting an open house at a nursing home for family members of my residents. We are in Kansas, and most of the people coming will be older. I am trying to combine my administrator’s desire for class with the peoples’ small town taste. I have a few days ahead of time to prep, but on the actual day will only have between an hour and an hour and a half to prepare. There is a kitchen with ovens, but no way to keep hot food hot for long (no chafing dishes, etc). I am expecting 20-25 people. The appetizers will be served buffet style at room temperature, although any suggestions for easy inexpensive cooling or heating is welcome. No strict budget, but here in small town Kansas any gourmet ingredients will be slim.

what is a low bugdet good main meal to cook for a school competion ?

in our food tech lessons we have been asked to choose out own ‘multicultural dish’. The teacher said it cant contain nut because of children in school and nut allergies and it must take no more that 1 hour to cook and the prep. must be no more than half hour …

she also said it must be low budget because if it wins it will be mass produced ( whatever that means :/) so nothing like prawns or anything …

thanks x
