What is a good, unique sauce for pork chops?

Anything different than the usual gravy or barbecue sauce. They are my daughter’s favorite food, but I get a little tired of the same old stuff. Thanks for ideas!

My mother in law used to cook this really good stuff and I wa wondering if anyone knew how?

It think it was a type of Meican food. I know it had pieces of pork chops in it and some kind of gravy type sauce and then she’d roll it up in a tortialla, it was spicy and so good. Does anyone know what i’m talking about?
